Privacy

Short version: we hold your email address, the effects you picked, and whether you subscribe. Nothing else.

What we keep

If you register, we store your email address, the date you joined, an optional display name and profile photo, and your projects — a name and the list of effects in each. If you subscribe, we also keep your plan, whether it is active, and when it renews. That is the whole record.

What we don’t keep

No passwords, because signing in is by emailed link. No payment details. No copy, images or data from your funnels. We never see your ClickFunnels account.

On your visitors’ pages

The effects are styling that runs in the visitor’s own browser. We set no cookies on your pages, track nobody, and build no profiles. A page using the one-line version asks us which effects it should load, and that request is cached — we do not log who is reading it.

On this site

We count visits to this site, and which effects get opened and copied. It tells us what to build next — nothing more. There is no cookie, no advertising, no profile of you, and the count is never joined to your account or your email address.

Who else is involved

The site is hosted by Vercel and accounts are stored with Supabase. Payments are taken by Polar, which keeps your card details and billing address on its own systems — we only hear whether your subscription is active and which email paid for it. The counting above is done by Vercel and by PostHog, on servers in the EU. All of them act on our behalf and hold only what they need for that job.

Your choices

Ask us and we will send you everything we hold, correct it, or delete your account and its projects entirely. Email support@funnelcharm.com.
