Plain terms for using FunnelCharm. Nothing here is a surprise.

Using the effects

Use them on as many of your own funnels as you like, and on funnels you build for clients. Don’t resell the library itself or pass it off as your own product.

Your account

One person, one account. Keep your email secure — anyone who can read it can sign in as you. Tell us if that ever stops being true.

Subscriptions and billing

The cosmetic effects are free. The Conversion Features come with a subscription, billed monthly or yearly by Polar, our payment provider and merchant of record, which also handles any sales tax. A subscription renews automatically until you cancel it, and you can cancel at any time from your profile or by emailing us.

The Founding price is yours for as long as your subscription continues. If you cancel and come back later, you pay the price on the day you return.

Refunds

If FunnelCharm isn’t for you, email support@funnelcharm.com within 30 days of your first payment and we’ll refund it in full — no questions asked. The same 30 days applies to each yearly renewal.

Monthly renewals aren’t refunded, but you can cancel at any time and you won’t be charged again. Refunds go back to the card you paid with. The effects already on your pages keep working either way. None of this affects any rights you have under consumer law.

Updates

Effects may change or improve, and pages using the one-line version pick those improvements up automatically. If we ever have to remove an effect, we will say so first.

What we promise, and what we don’t

The effects are styling. They do not change what your page says or how it works, and we make no claim about what they will do to your conversion rate. We can’t be responsible for how a page performs, for ClickFunnels changing their platform, or for losses arising from either.

Stopping

Delete your projects or ask us to close your account at any time. Remove our line from your pages and nothing of ours remains.
